Our registration schedule is the following:
Early Bird Registration Begins: March 17 and Ends: April 28, 2019 (11:55 PM)
Regular Registration Begins: April 29, 2018 and Ends: June 2, 2019 (11:55 PM)
Late Registration between June 3, 2019 – June 22, 2019: There is a late registration fee of $25.00 and a transaction fee. Discounts are not available for late registrations.

DDBC is an ONLINE course. Most of the Module sessions will be available to you on a weekly basis – 24/7. There will be a couple of sessions that will be held live and the recordings will be available to you in a 24-48-hour period. This way if you are unable to attend, you will have access to the webinar content.
All participants will be assigned a coach who will be available to you to answer questions and who will meet with you online on a regular basis.
One of our goals is to provide you with an experience which demonstrates how an online community can be shaped and formed, by reading and engaging with other participants on the class blog and class wiki, by engaging with one another using social media tools, in small group GoToMeeting sessions, as well as via email contact.
We are providing an online learning experience that requires your weekly participation. Each module consists of a video overview, additional information on the class blog page, and additional assignments that are completed using the class blog. There is also a three-week period that can be used to catch up with modules that are incomplete.

Between June 14 – 22, 2019, participants will view 5 recorded, half-hour Lab videos on the following topics: Facebook, Twitter, WordPress, Gravatar, and Collaboration Tools. These Lab Videos will assist you in setting up the corresponding accounts and connecting to us for the remainder of the course. Lab videos are viewed at your own pace, independently.
TBD – Lab Q&A Session – Your coach will schedule a session for those who may have questions and troubleshoot setting up the various Lab tools.

Week of June 30, 2019 – Collaboration Tools: Online Collaborating and Organizing for Ministry (Module 3)
Week of July 7, 2019 – Mobile Devices for Ministry (Module 4)
Week of July 14, 2019 – Digital Storytelling: Evangelizing in the Digital World (Module 5)
Week of July 21, 2019 – Websites for Ministry (Module 6)
Week of July 28, 2019 – Ten Great Ideas for Your Classroom or Ministry (Module 7)
July 29 – August 28, 2019 – GRACE PERIOD: Those who are working on a Capstone Project or completing work for the CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE must complete their work by August 28th.

Cancellation and Refund Policy – DDBC Summer 2019
DDBC Start Date: June 11, 2019
Withdrawal Deadline for refund minus $50 administrative fee: Monday, July 1, 2019
After July 1, 2019, no refund will be issued. However, all participants who have paid for registration have one year to continue to access the materials online. (June 2019 – June 2020)

Continuing Education Units
DDBC is approved by the University of Dayton for 3.5 Continuing Education Unit (CEU)s. Participants who complete all required work as specified in the Pastoral Technology Certificate level will be eligible to apply for these CEUs.
